A civil engineer with advanced experience in structural studies and analysis, she is distinguished by her knowledge of seismic design and her ability to verify building models according to safety and sustainability standards, as well as her ability to effectively manage engineering teams for effective implementation of construction solutions. Moreover, it has contributed to the development of numerous construction projects within complex environments requiring the highest levels of technical quality and engineering efficiency.
Eng.Mustafa Diab
A visionary Civil Engineering Leader with over 20 years' experience in managing and developing integrated projects both locally in Syria and internationally in Dubai and Spain. He specializes in leading high-end residential and commercial Projects (hospitality ventures and private palaces) from the design phase through to handover, with a strict commitment to the highest global quality standards. An expert in overseeing the complete project lifecycle: Planning, Design, Execution, and Final Delivery.
Dr. Eng. MHD Amer Al-Maradni
A consulting engineer with over 20 years of experience in the development and investment of real estate. During his career, he has successfully managed more than 100 local and international projects, ranging from residential and commercial to mixed-use developments, with an emphasis on structural safety and compliance with international standards. He is an expert in urban planning, engineering consultancy, permit management, regulatory development, real estate investment, and quality assurance and sustainability. Additionally, he is a certified instructor in structural design and analysis software (AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP) from reputable institutions such as ExecuTrain and Edexcel.
Eng. MHD Moataz Shakhashiro
A consulting civil engineer with over forty years of experience in structural design, seismic reinforcement, and technical supervision. He has worked on a wide range of projects in Syria and Lebanon, including government buildings, hospitals, service facilities, and residential towers. He possesses exceptional expertise in handling complex structures, reinforcing heritage buildings, and metallic constructions. In his work, he strives to achieve a balance between structural safety, sustainability, and execution efficiency.
