Nova An Integrated Commercial and Administrative Project

The Nova Project is located on Al-Thawra Street, in a central area overlooking several major landmarks in Damascus key landmarks: Damascus Citadel and the Umayyad Mosque to the east, the Barada River to the south, the Palace of Justice and Al-Nasr Street to the northwest, and Souq Al-Hal to the north.

The project is based on a clear functional distribution of spaces across multiple levels:

• Second Basement (494.51 m²): Houses essential service rooms such as boilers, fuel storage, and a guard’s room, in addition to a parking area and shelter, with staircases and two elevators providing direct access to the roof.

• First Basement (495.68 m²): Contains multiple storage areas connected to kitchens and restrooms, along with a power transformer station, staircases, and two elevators.

• Ground Floor (496.75 m²): Features six retail shops with carefully planned areas to accommodate diverse investment activities.

• First Floor (503.73 m²): Includes five spacious halls designed to host exhibitions and commercial events.

• Second Floor (509.41 m²): Dedicated to a high-end restaurant offering direct views of the heart of Damascus.

• Third to Seventh Floors (236.15 m² each): Each floor comprises six administrative offices, designed to provide a modern and efficient work environment.

• Roof (236.24 m²): A versatile space suitable for service or recreational activities.

Daaem Company adopted advanced architectural solutions in designing Nova, making it a comprehensive model that combines comfort and modernity. The project carefully considers safety and operational requirements, offering a practical development that meets both commercial and administrative needs in a prime urban setting.
