Elegance Tower

This residential tower in Damascus stands as an architectural masterpiece, professionally designed by Da'aem Engineering Consultancy. It blends architectural luxury, operational efficiency, and modern technologies to meet the residents' aspirations for a contemporary and sustainable lifestyle.

 The project covers a building area of 565 m² and features luxury apartments across its residential floors, along with lower-ground levels and basements. The tower's design achieves both vertical and horizontal symmetry in the distribution of windows and balconies, creating an appealing visual balance while utilizing high-quality building materials tailored to the local climate.

 Due to varying site elevations, the project required a precise study of retaining walls with different heights and specific slopes to accommodate the level differences, alongside supporting elements where neighboring boundaries permit. Structurally, the design relies on a 2-meter-thick raft foundation, incorporating a settlement joint between the tower block and the setback area.

 The structural slabs were designed using hollow-block (Hourdi) and ribbed slab systems. Regarding the MEP studies, an advanced infrastructure was developed for the sanitary drainage networks. Sustainability standards were also prioritized by equipping the project with an integrated solar water heating system.
